Learn about tea production and savor freshly brewed Ceylon tea. Next enjoy the scenic train journey takes you through misty mountains, tea estates, and picturesque villages. The views are simply breathtaking. Next climb to littel adem's peak. A relatively easy hike with rewarding panoramic views of Ella’s lush landscape. Sunrise or sunset hikes are especially magical. Next enjoy the Jeep safari at Udawalawe national park. Famous for its elephant population, this park offers thrilling safaris where you can spot various wildlife species, including elephants, leopards, and birds.

You'll land at the airport where your English-speaking driver meets you for the drive to Kandy. On the way, stop at Dambulla Cave Temple, an ancient site carved into the rock face with multiple chambers. After that, head to Sigiriya Rock, where you can climb up to see the ruins of an old palace complex from centuries past. The views from the top show off the surrounding landscape pretty well. Later in the afternoon, you'll continue on to Kandy and visit the Temple of the Sacred Tooth, a significant religious site in the city. Before settling in for the night, walk around Kandy Lake and check out the Kandy View Point for some perspective on the area. By evening, get to your hotel, have dinner, and rest up for the days ahead.

After breakfast, you head toward Ella with a stop at a tea factory and plantation where they explain how the tea is made and you get to taste fresh varieties. From Nanu Oya station, you board a scenic train to Ella, and this route is known for its views of tea estates rolling across the hills and valleys below. Once you arrive in Ella, you check into your hotel and have dinner there before staying the night.

Starting with breakfast, you hike up to Little Adam's Peak through tea plantations and forested areas to reach the summit where the views are worth it. Next you visit Ravana Falls to see the water and learn about the Hindu mythology behind the spot. Later in the afternoon, you head to Udawalawe National Park for a safari where you'll likely see elephants, leopards, deer, and birds. After the safari, you transfer to either Colombo City, Negombo, or the airport depending on where you're heading.
